Your first visit, step by step

A first visit usually takes about an hour.

  1. Step 1: Request a visit

Use the form or call us. Tell us the day that suits you and how you'd like us to reply.

  2. Step 2: We look at your benefits

If you have dental insurance, our front desk reads your plan's benefits and tells you what the plan says it covers before you come in.

  3. Step 3: Complete your forms

Health history and consent forms are in the practice's own secure portal, not on this website. Paper copies are here if you prefer.

  4. Step 4: Your exam

Your dentist looks at your teeth and gums, takes X-rays if they decide you need them, and tells you what they found.

  5. Step 5: A written plan

You leave with a written plan and estimate for any treatment, and time to ask questions before you decide.

Complete your new-patient forms

Fill in your health history before you arrive. The forms open in the practice's own secure portal.

Before you come in

What do I bring to a first visit?

A photo ID, your insurance card if you have one, and a list of the medicines you take. If you have recent dental X-rays, bring them or ask your last dentist's office to send them.

Do I give my health details on this website?

No. Our contact form asks for none. Your health history goes in the forms in the practice's secure portal.

Can you get my records from my last dentist?

Yes. Give us the practice's name and phone number and, with your written permission, we'll request your records before your visit.

Ready to book a first visit?

Tell us a good time and how to reach you. We'll take it from there.
